Brachetto is an Italian red wine grape mainly found in Piedmont, Northern Italy. It’s key use is to make the famously frothy and sweet Brachetto d’Acqui, a red sparkling wine. Typically low in alcohol, Brachetto is a light-bodied, highly aromatic grape. It has a profound, perfumed scent and goes really well with fresh fruit.
