Catarratto

Catarratto is Sicily’s most widely planted grape and makes wines which are light and easy-drinking. Because of its lower acidity and neutral flavour, it’s usually mixed with other grapes (like Carricante) to make a superb blend. This is a great wine for a sunny day and pairs very well with fish and salads.
