Dimyat is an old white grape variety native to Bulgaria. It is cultivated mainly along the Black Sea Coast and in the north in the Danubian plain but also in some areas in eastern and southern Bulgaria. Dimyat wines are typically dry white wines but orange wines from Dimyat have been appearing on the market in recent years.
