Grillo is a white grape most commonly grown in Sicily, due to its strong ability to withstand high temperatures. Its best use is its role in producing the famous Marsala fortified wine; however, Grillo is also used to make great still white wines. Expect notes of pink grapefruit, orange-blossom and thyme.
