Mauzac

Mauzac is a lesser-known white grape hailing from South West France. It’s best use comes in the production of the famous Blanquette de Limoux sparkling wines, where Mauzac must (by law) make up at least 90% of the blend. Expect notes of sweet honey, green apple and peach.
