Flag of Italy

Pecorino is a white grape native to central Italy. The wines it produces are dry, minerally, but nevertheless extremely floral; giving an elegant edge to this delicious grape. It was almost extinct by the 1980s, but now it’s enjoying a renaissance thanks to passionate winemakers. Incidentally, Pecorino wine is a fantastic pair with Pecorino cheese.
