Raboso is a red grape grown in Veneto, Northern Italy. It takes its name from the river flowing through the region, and produces deeply coloured wines which are high in tannin. This, coupled with its natural notes of spice and smoke, make it a superb wine to pair with a rich pappardelle ragu.
