Robola is a grape native to Kefalonia, Greece, but is also found in Slovenia and across Italy where it's known as Ribolla. Robola produces lovely, dry white wines, often with notes of citrus, blossom, fennel and apple. It’s a great wine to pair with all kinds of seafood.
