Vespaiolo

Vespaiolo is a white-wine variety grown mainly in the Veneto wine region of northeastern Italy. Its mainly used to make sweet wines due to its naturally high sugar content and acidity. The name Vespaiolo is taken from the local word for wasps, which buzz around the sugary grape bunches at harvest.
