Viognier is a grape native to France, particularly the Rhône Valley, but is now finding great success across the New World, most notably in Australia’s Eden Valley. Viognier is a very seductive, aromatic grape and the full-bodied wines it produces have a fantastic combination of heady florally-herby/honied notes. It’s a great pair with creamy sauces.
