Corvina is a red wine grape native to the Veneto region of Italy, where it’s used in the production of the famous Amarone di Valpolicella blend. Corvina has a distinctive sour cherry taste, bright red colour and plenty of herbaceous flavours; it’s a great match for mushroom based dishes.
