Garganega

Garganega is a white grape and very popular in the provinces of Verona and Vincenza is North-Eastern Italy, as well as the island of Sicily, where it's known as Grecanico. Garganega is best used in the production of the famous Soave wine blend, where it brings its famous aromas of peach, blossom, almond and apple.
