Molinara

Molinara is a light-bodied red grape native to the Veneto region of northern Italy. It’s mainly used in the famous Valpolicella blends for its naturally high acidity and savoury flavour profile. Although it's fallen out of favour with many, traditional winemakers still turn to this indigenous grape to add elegance to more fruit-forward wines.
