Turbiana is an white grape grown in the central Marche region of Italy, and is known to produce some of the country’s best white wines, both still & sparkling. It’s been cultivated as far north as Lake Garda since the 1300s and is similar to Sauvignon Blanc for its flavours of grapefruit, lemon and grass.
