Verdeca

Verdeca is a white grape from the region of Puglia in Southern Italy. Verdeca is becoming an increasingly rare grape to come across, but it can produce some truly great wines if you’re lucky enough to find them. Notes of flint, cinnamon and nutmeg abound; it’s a wine which goes really well with baked pastries.
