Verdejo is a Spanish grape known for making intense, crisp, white wines, and is a good blending partner with Sauvignon Blanc. Higher quality Verdejos can often also have nutty, herbaceous notes too and are held in high esteem across the region of Rueda, which has the most vineyards dedicated to Verdejo anywhere on the planet.
